An online noticeboard maker. Use text , images, music, video and webpages. Double click to add a note, drag and drop to arrange.
Suggested Curriculum Applications:
Presentation or collection tool for individual students e.g.collecting different viewpoints on an issue and sorting them
Brainstorming with class - individuals add sticky notes
Group work - each group creates a wall on a topic with all members adding notes
To create: Username and email address required To contribute to wall: Web address of the wall Security Levels:
Who can view: "Everyone" or "Only me"
Who can post sticky notes: "Everyone" or "Only me"
Option to select "I want to approve every post before it shows up on the wall."
Pitfalls:
May struggle with multiple students adding simultaneous sticky notes - not a problem in roadtest
Students contributions are anonymous so when using with a class inappropriate comments are not traceable
If "everyone" is allowed to add sticky notes as when using it with a class or when a group of students are using it, ANYONE anywhere can add to it.
