Registration requirements/To use:

Lilydale Heights has an account. Obtain Username and password from BOW, SMI or Gill Lee at the Help Desk - staff use only.

Instructions:​

​Go to www.surveymonkey.com
Select Member login and enter details

To Create:
Select Create Surveys tab
Select Create a new survey from scratch
Give it a name - Create Survey
Choose a theme
Select Add question here
Choose type - view examples for help
Complete required information including deciding whether it is compulsory to answer
Save Changes and continue adding questions until done
Can be edited at any time

To enable survey for completion:
Select Collect Responses tab
Select preferred method and copy any details required to set up

To Analyse Results:
Select Analyse Results tab
Choices:

• View Summary - see a breakdown by number and percentage of responses to each question
• Browse Responses - view individuals answers to survey
• Download Responses - obtain a spreadsheet of all the results downloaded to your PC
• Other options: Filter responses, Crosstab responses, Share responses
